solution for covering outdoor applications where conventional materials have failed.

The Omnia panel is a strong lightweight composite material making it ideal for use as a pit cover. A cover 1.22 m x 2.44 m (4ft x 8ft) weighs just 17.5 kg; less than a bucket of water each when lifted with 2 people. It is well suited to replace sandpit covers that would corrode or rot when exposed to the elements.  The panel has a honeycomb core made from polypropylene (PP) and two face sheets which are made from glass fibre reinforced PP. They are joined with a unique lamination welding technique forming a very strong, watertight bond.
